Description:
The Rillito Duo has performed frequently in Arizona, and even into Sonora, Mexico (Alamos, Son.; San Carlos, Son.). Their performances have been received with high praise. They are performing a new work by composer Liz Malys in 2007, in addition to presenting standard cello/piano repertoire, including Piazzolla's Le Grand Tango, Kodaly's Cello Sonata Op. 4, Barber Cello Sonata, Beethoven Cello Sonatas, Sonatas by Boccherini, Vivaldi and more.
