Knowing Anner personnally, I know that he would be very happy to hear of your comments and remarks about his book. Please note that "this is a book full a question marks" (quote from the book), it has to be seen as a working book, not a treaty giving all kinds of answers or definite points of view.
In any case, I invite you all to put your comments on this board and, if you agree with this, I could put them all tohgether and send them to Anner Bylsma. I'm sure he would be glad to answer to it.
Please not also that I'm not his agent, concert manager, etc., so I probably won't be able to answer to questions others than about ths book itself. Thank you!
