I was selected to conduct my 2nd grade class in "Old McDonald Had A Farm". My teached like the way I punctuated the Oink Oinks.
My oldest daughter first performance was of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" on the violin. I had been trying to help her as she kept missing notes. The concert was short and simple, so the teacher asked if any of the second year students wanted to play "Twinkle Twinkle" as a solo. After various renditions, my daughter, whom I have never heard play it right be for, raised her hand. She was a first year student, and I cringed in my chair. She hit a home run! For that moment in time she owned "Twinkle Twinkle". I was, and still am a very proud dad.
