I guess this counts - it does for me.
I moved to a new town in March of first grade and didn't really know anybody; I was really shy. In this new school the custodian wheeled the piano into the classroom for music class. One day all the kids and the teacher were doing the bathroom thing before music started; I got back to the room first and saw the piano there. I sat down and played Beethoven's Minuet in G - the whole thing trio and everything. I got transported like I did at home and just played. When I was done, I looked around and saw half the teachers in the school all looking at me from the doorway with their mouths hanging open. My teacher went on and on about how well I played, etc. The kids started coming back in and all I could think of was getting in trouble for playing the piano without permission.
