The first time I performed was at a rest home. My sister's Camp Fire troupe went to bring them a little Christmas cheer, and they asked if anyone could play the piano. I got up and played Jingle Bells and Jolly Old Saint Nicholas. I was five years old, and no one had known I could play at all (including my parents).
