Hi
Yes, as Ryan said, you certainly would be welcomed. At our cello festival we take cellists of all ages. In past years we've had a span from age 7 to age 65 and we've never had any conflict between kids and "grown-ups". It's actually great to see people of all ages brought together by something as wonderful as the cello. How rare it is that we get to meet on a level playing field no matter what age we are.
That was one of our goals. This year, we don't have anyone over college age registered yet, but we hope to get some "older" folks there, as they add much to the festivities!
Cello week is fun.
: )
Where else can you see Ryan Selberg make an oboe out of a drinking straw at 3:00 am? Ha! Now THAT takes talent!
