If you have no place to take your bow personally, I have received good service from Casa Del Sol Violins, 4302 East 62nd Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46220. Phone: 1-800-423-0236. Box your bow carefully, insure it, and send it with your credit card number. They will take care of it, charge the cost, and send your bow back to you. They've done it twice for me.
