I was married to a flutist and we did the magic fish piece (great stuff) and the Handle. We did a lot of two voice piano stuff from piano collection books. Our favorite piece was actually a piece for Bassoon and Flute by Eugene Bozza (the name of the piece escapes me). It is very playable except one or two movements that are virtually impossible for the cello.
Have fun, it's a great mix. If you know a harpist, that adds another wonderful dimension.
