Oops- cut myself off.
I guess you are right - it just looked like the same sort of setup
and style as other Haydn quartets I've played. But I guess
a lot of quartets from that time followed the same form!!!
I probably shouldn't be guessing at this, since
my quartet mostly concentrates on modern music, and this
doesn't appear to be a modern piece!
