the page is from a barenreiter edition, which does not publish any of the haydn quartets, to my knowledge. the ten celebrated mozart quartets are published by that company, and there are two of those ten which are in the key of D. (K. 575 and one other one.) the part you have is NOT K. 575, so it might be the other one - i can't remember it well enough to say for sure.
