Oh boy! Isn't that the worst! I remember having to perform a concert with a chamber group at the Brooklyn Museum of Art - traveling up from Philadelphia. The night before I came down with the flu. I took plenty of Tylenol and somebody drove me up (I slept in the back seat under a pile of blankets). Adrenaline and the Tylenol helped and about half way through my fever broke and I was drenched, but at least the concert went (I won't say whether it was good or not because I was in no condition to judge) Get that aspirin bottle out and rest as much as you can - best of luck - I'll be thinking of you
