An exercise wich helped me a lot is to place the pinky with its tip just on the side just opposite where the frog is attached to the bow. Like violinists do. In this manner your pinky will learn how to move with the bow.
: I'm working alot on using my third and forth fingers (ring finger and pinky) on my down bows. I was wondering if anyone has any excercises that could help to build up this skill and the muscles on that side of my hand....
: thanks
