In constant demand both as concerto soloist and in solo recitals, Mr. Shapira's upcoming season includes tours to New York, Chicago, Texas, California and more. Shapira's debut CD, "A Family Portrait," was praised by Mix Magazine as "emotional and strong," and is the first in a series that includes the highly anticipated relase of a CD featuring the Six Suites for Cello Solo by Bach.
