Nathan Chan Cellist

Hi! My name is Nathan Chan and I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The mountains out here are fabulous!!!

I am 12 years old. I will be turning 13 this February. I have been studying cello since age five. I love the cello. I play at recitals, festivals, and some competitions. I have studied with some various teachers. They include Mark Rudoff, John Kadz, and Charles Bernard. Now I am studying with Magdelena (Magdi) Szebenyi. Besides just taking lessons, I also take part in the Academy studies and orchestra. There are also speech arts courses there and I take part in those too! In my free time, I like to go to the library, swimming and badminton, but that only occurs rarely, this is because I have dedicated myself almost entirely to music.

I want to make a special note. If Charles Bernard has been able to see this, please mail me a message. I want to reunite or just talk with you. Do you remember me?????????????? I was your student. or if anyone knows Charles Bernard's email address, if he has one, that is, if he has one.
